These products were brought to me by a client who had been hired by NewAngance and I created models from the images they provided. Those models were used to shoot promotional videos in Blender 3D. It was a great little project and I always enjoy working with this client. While this was a pretty straight forward product modeling endeavor there are always little parts of each project that make for interesting challenges. The bottle logos for instance were difficult as an image of the label really wasn’t possible since it was part of the bottle itself. So using some photo manipulation tricks I had to smooth out a flat image from several reference images that weren’t exactly aligned. A challenge, but it actually proved easier than I initially anticipated. We got the project done well within the deadline and enjoyed some extra detailing to really get good realistic results.
